Where to go for labwork

Looking to save on lab visits? "Labs" generally refer to bloodwork and other diagnostic tests performed in a laboratory.

Members on non-HSA plans have a $25 copay for labs performed at any of the below specified site of service locations. HSA plan Members have a $25 copay after meeting their deductible.

Looking to save on X-ray appointments? Members on non-HSA plans have a $75 copay for X-rays performed at any of the below specified site of service radiologist locations. If you have an HSA plan, you'll pay a copay once you meet your deductible.
