Ms. Conrad has been a nonprofit leader and Maine business owner for more than 35 years and utilizes that experience in her work as a consultant. She has served on numerous boards, including as Chair of the board of Androscoggin Home Healthcare and Hospice, where she led the strategic planning process to build and finance Maine’s first in-patient hospice facility.

Ms. Reishus is an energy industry expert with several decades of private sector consulting and government experience centered on strategic planning and policy analysis. She currently serves as Chairman of the Trustees of Unity College. She earned a BS from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kramer has more than 35 years of healthcare industry experience and has led or played a key role in the leadership of large healthcare organizations and the launch of new programs working at the C-Suite level for maxIT Healthcare, Partners Healthcare, MaineHealth and Martin’s Point HealthCare. He is a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and holds an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Ms. Smith is the Executive Director of the Daniel Hanley Center for Health Leadership, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to carrying out the legacy of renowned Maine physician leader, Dr. Dan Hanley, by inspiring and growing collaborative leaders to solve today’s health challenges. Prior to joining the Hanley Center, she played a variety of roles at Spurwink, Maine’s largest nonprofit mental health agency, and held insurance-related roles, briefly practiced law in Boston, and worked for Maine's former Secretary of State and the City of Saco.   

Ms. Clark serves as executive director of Portland Recovery Community Center (PRCC), a nonprofit recovery community organization providing peer support, education, advocacy, and resources for people affected by substance use disorder and other addictions. With an MSW from the University of Texas at Austin, Clark has a deep passion for working with underserved populations, especially those who have experienced trauma, discrimination, and addiction. She speaks out openly as a person in long-term recovery to help reduce stigma and advocate for individuals and families affected by addiction.

Dr. Korda is a health services policy and research professional with 30 years of experience designing, developing, and evaluating healthcare delivery innovations, programs, and policies, with a focus on managed care and integrated delivery systems. She developed and directed Altarum Institute's Center for Policy and Research Translation, served as Associate Dean for Community Programs at UNE's College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she oversaw several Maine-based programs and has directed numerous organizations and teams addressing pressing health issues for vulnerable populations. She has a PhD and an MA from Tufts University and a BA from McGill University.

Mr. Harrison has been CEO and President of Onpoint Health Data since 2008, leading the organization through a period of steady growth and diversification through delivery of data integration and analytic services to clients across the country. He served previously in financial management, data analytics, and operations management roles at Tufts Medical Center in Boston along with leadership roles in other provider organizations.

Mr. Johnson, whose family owns a home outside Farmington, has lived and worked in Maine most of his life. He’s currently vice president of informatics and technology at The Leapfrog Group and a leader in the healthcare information technology industry, having served as president of the New England Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. He has more than 35 years of health technology experience, primarily in leadership positions.

Dr. Lorenzo, is a licensed and board-certified physician with 30 years of experience in both clinical and administrative roles. He has lived in Maine with his family since 2003. With a specialty in Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), he has worked as a Medical Director in Rehabilitation Medicine at Central Maine Medical Center and Maine General Medical Center. He has broad healthcare experience with children and adults. He firmly believes that when people are sick, they need to put their energy into getting well and not into how they will pay the bills or get their treatments.

Mr. McKenna attended the University of Vermont, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, and the University of Maine School of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctorate. He practices primarily as a court-appointed attorney for people who cannot afford legal representation. McKenna operates his own law office, McKenna PLLC, based in Portland. He resides in South Portland with wife Jillian, and cats, Lucy & Rancher. He volunteers for the city of South Portland and is the Chairperson of the Board of Appeals.

Mr. Norris is an IT professional and consultant with domain expertise in a wide variety of markets and business models. An avid supporter of local enterprise, he has served with several Maine nonprofits, as both volunteer and director.

Mr. Puckett serves as executive director for the Central Aroostook Association (CAA). CAA is a nonprofit that provides various essential services to hundreds of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CAA supports people in reaching their highest level of personal development through a special purpose private school, residential services, case management, children's support and adult services. He served as a city manager for more than two decades in various municipalities. Believing in volunteerism, he is a Rotarian and president of the University of Maine at Presque Isle Foundation. He resides in Presque Isle with spouse, Kari and daughter, Sabine.

Laurie Reed is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 30 years of experience. The majority of Ms. Reed’s experience has been with the pharmaceutical industry. From 2014 - 2018 Ms. Reed was the CHRO of CSL, Ltd, a leading global biotech that develops and delivers innovative biotherapies and influenza vaccines that save lives and help people with life-threatening medical conditions live full lives. Prior to working with CSL, Ms. Reed worked at Wyeth (now Pfizer) Pharmaceuticals in a number of HR roles. Her last role at Wyeth was as AVP Human Resources of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Prior to Wyeth, Ms. Reed worked in various HR positions within the medical lab and regional banking industries. Ms. Reed has a B.S. in Finance from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a MSOD (Masters of Science in Organization Development) from American University.

Dr. Tomlinson recently retired after a 40-year career innovating and commercializing products across food, medical and biotechnology industries. Over the past decade he led teams to commercialize more than 20 new products used by pharmaceutical companies to produce biologic medicines. During this time, he increased product development efficiency through leading development and encouraging use of lean methodologies that eliminated duplicitous experimentation. He has a Ph.D. from Kings College London (UK) and rose to the rank of assistant professor of biochemistry during his 6-year tenure at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN).

Ms. Whittemore retired as a healthcare consultant in the spring of 2023, just as she decided to relocate from the Greater Boston Area to central Maine to be closer to family. Throughout her career, she has held several executive positions in provider and health insurance companies. Her professional training is in clinical social work and public health. Her consulting career focused on helping providers develop alternative payment models and integrating behavioral health and primary care. Over the last year and a half, she has enjoyed exploring more of Maine and being closer to family as she learns more about this state.
