Kevin Lewis

Kevin has extensive experience in healthcare management and advocacy in various leadership roles. Prior to Community Health Options, Kevin was CEO of the Maine Primary Care Association, where his efforts included improving healthcare access for underserved populations and representing Maine’s community health centers. He served as director of continuing care at the Maine Hospital Association and as the legislative liaison at the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services. Kevin has a BA from Dartmouth College, a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Michigan, and is a graduate of the Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program at UCLA.

Joanne Lauterbach

Joanne has more than 25 years of experience in insurance-related accounting and financial practices. Prior to joining Community Health Options, she worked as Director II of Regulatory Reporting for Anthem, Inc., ensuring that financial reports were accurate and in compliance with applicable regulations for several entities across six states. Before that, she spent ten years at Ernst & Young, LLP, in New York City. Two of those years were spent as a Senior Manager within the National Accounting Standards Group, focusing on the insurance sector. She also worked extensively on major financial statement audits for insurance sector clients. Joanne has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint John’s University, Queens, NY.

Daniel is responsible for leading operational and strategic initiatives, has broad expertise in clinical and general operations, customer service, network management, claims, risk adjustment, financial analytics, and supporting technologies—helping to reduce administrative burdens while facilitating value-based care and better health outcomes. He joined Community Health Options from SOMOS Innovation, where he held several roles, most recently as its COO. He was previously senior vice president/executive director of operations and an operations consultant. Earlier, he was senior vice president of operations at Commonwealth Care Alliance in Massachusetts and held several operational roles at BMC HealthNet Plan/WellSense Health Plan in Boston.

Dr. Seals brings broad experience across hospital-based care delivery, payer operations and complex integrated care models. She most recently served as CMO for the Denver Health Medical Plan, where she oversaw clinical programs across multiple lines of business, including self-insured, Exchange and large group commercial business, with a strong focus on quality performance, regulatory compliance and accredited standards. Earlier, she was CMO for the Morrow County Health District and has served as a medical director for home health and hospice. She champions whole person care, emphasizing the integration of behavioral health into medical settings and aligning clinical practice with high quality, value-based outcomes. She began her career in family medicine, giving her a perspective grounded in frontline clinical experience.
