Welcome Providers

We are pleased to announce that Community Health Options’ claims clearinghouse, Availity, is online and accepting submission of electronic claims. Although we are exploring the direct entry option for the submission of claims, the functionality is not in place currently. As a reminder, if you have not already done so, please immediately notify your clearinghouse that Availity will now host Community Health Options’ payer ID so we can receive your claims.
