Quality group plans you and your employees deserve
Small business employers with 1-50 employees and fewer than 25 full-time employees may be eligible for SHOP. Additionally, the tax credit is available for two consecutive years when your company pays a minimum of 50% of your employee premiums. The smaller your business, the bigger your tax credit. Note that you will need 70% participation in the plan to qualify, though the minimum participation requirement is waived from November 15 through December 15 each year.
