Fully Insured Plans to Self-Funded Options

  • Small businesses of less than 50 eligible employees enjoy flexible, cost-effective community-rated small group plans. Those with under 25 full-time equivalent employees may qualify for SHOP credits (Small Business Health Options Program).   • For organizations of 51 plus, we offer large group plans, which include our  Partner Promise, a 13-point commitment to service excellence and effective management of healthcare costs in support of positive health outcomes. Click on the Large Group plans below to see all options.
